That's sad hymandd732, I have made jumps with those I love, have made jumps with those I like, and I have jumped with those that can annoy the hell out of me, I have jumped with those I do not know and I have jumped with those that love me and I have jumped with those that do not know me but I have always considered them a friend in the air. Todd- not sure why this was posted on your thread, but bsbd and I did want you to be my rigger but never got around to it. :-)

100% agreement. Last weekend. I set up nicely, right on target. Winds were about 12mph. Did my downwind leg, turned for my short base and then...turned back down wind instead of into the wind and ended up about 40 feet from a fence. my canopy dragged me about 50 yards. Why that always happens when there is a crowd of people watching, I don't know. Yeah, stupid hurts.

If you want to write a good novel, why don't you go to some writing classes. If you want to write a novel based in skydiving, why don't you do it for yourself. Therefore, you will know from where you speak. my 2 cents worth... just that, two cents.

This place is a great place to learn how to skydive. The landing area is adequate and easy to spot. Beautiful place to do a tandem.

corrupt?? more than likely! Elitist?? probably! Terrorists? I don't think so. Try visiting countries that are in the midst of having their country being pulled apart by real terrorists. somehow, the US does not measure up on the terroristic scale. that's my 2 cents anyway.

HI Lyn, I did get to jump at Lake Wissota at the Punkin toss. Actually completed my requirements for A at your dropzone! Hopefully I'll be getting down there in a couple of weeks. We've only jumped twice up here since mid-nov. I only made it there for one day though. I have to figure out a better winter jump suit. My one jumpsuit is really not suitable for winter jumping. Can't get enough layers under it. I'm sure we'll meet up very soon. Heather

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am new to skydiving, only been in the sport for 6 months. I have 34 jumps in. Loved AFF and have my A license. Now, if only it wasn't winter. I hope I will get to jump with many of you that I will be talking to. Blue Skies-
