  1. The rediculously baggy and loose jeans. They let their ass out with the boxers for some reason, so instead of holdin them up from the back, they make sure the front doesn't fall.
  2. My radio ranch bloodline rottweiler > all :-). Asides from him, siberian's with the 1 blue 1 gray eyes.
  3. tmf doggy, no bmx lol. http://www.twistedstunts.com/ go to pics, i've got the red cbr... http://twistedstunts.photosite.com/~photos/tn/257_348.ts1134683572859.jpg
  4. x2...whuffo you aint call dem police????? Plus if they were to break into the truck in a week and smash shit, when you tell the cops they did it a week ago, their gonna be like "wtf, why didn't you call then?"
  5. It's true what they say sometimes, a true friend would not be visiting you in jail, he would be IN there WITH you. lol their the best ones! waitin to chill at the dz, a lot of you skydivers seem tight knit like that too
  6. Hell yeah I am, I like life to much and I think my after life might be a lil hotttttt lol... People think I have a death wish too. Stuntin while everyone else is riding their bike 2 wheels on the ground 24/7. Wave runners in the ocean trying to go for as much air as possible while people ride in the bay. I constantly speed, I've done anything someone else is afraid to do, i dunno..fun?`
  7. My car was broken into last summer... They took 215$ oakleys, 130$ pair of jordan's I never got to wear, bought them that day, and my $700 head unit. I never leave anything in the car like cards, just shoes I bought, sunglasses and the head unit doesn't come out unless you rip it out. I never got the stuff back, but my neighbor had a camera in his window because someone kept ringin his bell at 4 am, so luckily I parked infront of his house that night and found out who it was. Long story short, I had a nice new ankle bracelette for 60 days, 2 of my friends got them too for the same time, assault charge and 'conduct unbecoming'. The kid who slashed my tires has a permanent muscle twitch too, he looks like Joker from batman . Sounds mean but they were 300$/ per tire, the head unit was 850 with installation. But the biggest thing was my cousin bought me the sunglasses for my b-day a day before he died, and some jack ass stole them so it seemed well deserved. Yeah it's a real violated feeling. As much time I put into my car and I'm using it, it felt as if someone broke into my house and went through all my shit. Honestly it seems like they were looking for something. Maybe they know you skydive and the cost of the stuff? Someone was stealing my friends center caps from his car every time he replaced them. The windows are tinted and eventually we just sat in the car one night after he replaced them...was funny when the guy came back for the new ones... I'd get some friends and do that for the next 3 nights just in-case, since it seems like they were looking for somethinnnnn
  8. Maybe it's just my young and young minded generation, but I know with majority of 18-mid 20's don't connect love with sex at all anymore. I'd say 3% of people i've ever met or seen might actually tie love into the way they feel about it or during it.
  9. I know that and I have my own pair of calipers as well too. I've had one of my friends who is in Med School, show me how theya re used and I got the same reading the scale did. I know it also differs based on your hydration levels and all that other stuff too...i've done all my homework on the variables that could affect the results. I just wanted to use it as a stepping stone indicator as to where I am and where I want to be. Thanks alot and no it hasn't been easy at all. I'm usually a nocturnal kind of person anyways, but having to readjust to my eating schedule and sleeping schedule doesn't yield much time. I usually get back to the hotel around 8:30 am, have breakfast and pass out afterwards until around 4 or 5, maybe 6 pm. I then wake up and go work out and come back usually 2 hours later and get ready and go to work...so yeah, its definitely taken some discipline.. Nice, stick with it. I wish I had your height :-(. I want 5'11, I have a few years left to get it lol
  10. Best tips to build muscle. 1.) 3-4g of protein per pound he weighs. 2.) a lot of carbs, but clean carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, whole grains, sweet potatoes etc. 3.) Sleep... 4.) Don't buy into the supplement bullshit. Creatine works, but has no true bennefit unless your in the gym often. 5.) Try and eat every 1.5-2 hours. Friend of mine ate 5 grams/pound of protein a day, ate every 1.5 hours CLEAN high carbs. Lifted 6 days a week and took a test booster *legal*. Put on like 35 pounds of muscle in about 4.5 months. How old's your husband?
  11. For those of you who HATE running... If you hate running and all other cardio, 30-45 minutes feels like 6 days. If you have the endurance, try HIIT cardio. *High Intensity Interval Training* Walk fast pace for 4 minutes to get your heart rate up. Soons that ends, start the intervals. All out running for 20 seconds, 10 second walk for 6 minutes, then 4 minute faced paced walk to keep the heart rate up, then walk for a minute to 'cool down'... 15 minutes, beats your ass worse then jogging for an hour IMO...
  12. What are 'split meals'? Do you mean that you take one meal and eat half now and half later? My pilates instructor and lifting instructor have said that you need a small smount of carbs prior to any physical exercise or you're tearing up muscle in your workout. -Does doing cardio after fasting do something specific for you? -I'm trying to learn the newest techniques here, so share what this stuff means!

  14. If they used any form of electrical devices to measure your bodyfat, their not accurate, no matter who did them. The scales, hand helds, electric impulses etc, none of them give you accurate LBM. Ask a doctor next time your at yours if he has calipers and can clip ya, their +/- 1-2%, the electric ones can be up to 12% off...
  15. go from a car and rim suggestion to talking about cars none of us can afford, wtf.
  16. Wow, congrats on that! Thanks I train with my friend starting this monday. He just wont National Collegiate Heavyweight for bodybuildin, so it's going to be hard core. Split meals, set times, set foods and amounts. Cardio 5 am 7 mornings a week before any food. Lifting 6 days a week, 3 day cycles repeated so monday takes place on thursday too. By spring trying to hit 200 and 7%
  17. Don't way in more then once a week. Try and do it first thing AM every 7 days, more consistent, better answer, and keeps you from thinking your going up and not down, fluctuates too much to weigh in that often... I'm down to 5'8.5, 190 and 11% BF from 250 and 32% about 11 months ago.
  18. It's safe, just ogrish.com used to re-direct to there supposedly. They used to be a site for all war stuff, beheadings and execution videos or some shit like that... That's only 1 second of free fall!!!!!
  19. Wow. Talk about missing a point. Look, the Veyron isn't even really a production car. I mean, technically according to the unwritten rules of the automotive industry it is, but it's not something that you, me or anyone we know in our daily lives is ever going to own. It's really more in the realm of concept car and technology demonstrator that they're willing to part with for about $1,000,000. Likewise, an F1 car also isn't something you or me are ever going to be able to drive on the streets so in reality comparing the two is as silly as me comparing my GTI to something Craig Breedlove would drive. ALL OF THAT SAID . . . The point of the video is to see the technology demonstrated and with that in mind and considering it actually is 100% street legal and does what it does without any further modifications after it leaves the "factory". . . holy crap that's amazing. I say over 500 will be sold in the US...I've seen a few already in Cherry Hill.
  20. lol i saw that awhile ago. I personally think the murcielago is a 59589358x NICER, not faster, but nicer. IMO, the bugatti looks like a smashed up chubby audi, power is unreal though http://youtube.com/watch?v=3EiuA2qPu1s 3x the speed of the bugatti and no speeding tickets. mwuahuha
  21. Buy dat dere mucinex..... There's like 4 different mucinex's, but one of them's pretty good for that shit, I hate that feeling.
  22. Got ya. Drove a murcielago for about 15 minutes last month, nothing will ever compare :-( Let's split the cost, i'll put up 180k and you put up 180k and we'll pay it off over the next 25 years.
  23. The 1st two pics are where that leap frog guy said the winds w ere unreal for the stadium shape, he busted his ass landing. The 2nd one is the old stadium, they say the circular design made it easy. Was cool, I remember the guy spiraling down the entire inside on the way down, close to fans.
