Anyone be able to tell me the legality of having a keylogger on a shared computer to access the other persons information? This is a married couple and the husband put a keylogger on the computer to track all websites and instant messaging. This isnt a personal thing, it just happened to a friend of mine and I'm wondering if its legal? Any info would be great and extremely interesting
