Re-read the post from Deuce. I work in this area and his take is pretty much correct. The only thing I would take issue with is that here in California anyone can sue anyone for anything. Florida law may be different, because it's a more conservative state and may be a "right to work" state. The point Deuce made and I concur with is negotiation is the way to go because you, as an employee, are generally at a disadvantage. (Edited for blathering)

(Disclaimer Profile Entries Misbehaving) After lurking at this site for a month I finally made my first tandem jump yesterday. I now know some of what y’all have been talking about. I tried to describe what I experienced to my wife and kids but couldn’t do it. That was F****** awesome was all I could say for the next hour. As luck would have it a DZ.comer hauled my somewhat overweight middle-aged ass up and back to the grass with humor and class. (“Oh that’s a toggle, hey there’s the swoop pond, and gee lets not swing around too much”) Thanks JP.

I am still having difficulty with profile updates. The update is leaving strange dual messages in the various catagories. Any help appreciated.

I have tried to update my profile today and the site refuses to add certain information, ie won't list my city and home dz. What am I doing wrong?
