Sooooo, I am from New Zealand and i got my CX100E a week ago and reading all the post you guys have here i have some questions. 1- How can i edit the videos i download from my camera to my Laptop(it isn't a Mac)? What is the best software for it, or, what software(s) are the compatible to do it? 2- Do I need a Mac to do the edition? 3- Why this camera wouldnt be cool to do tandems video? 4- I am having problems to edit and watch my download videos even in the software original from Sony, any one use it before? Thanks guys again, all ways we can have some to learn. About change the lines I don't believe was the solution, I believe only the wrap in the lines make some (Big) diference. However, Thanks a lot everybody, any change I will let Know. Mauricio.

Hi everyone, no long ago I post about my very hard openning with my Velocity, lots of you send me answers and now I believe I havwe the real Answer. After change the steering lines in my canopy the follows jumps is absolute briliant, the answers was, wrap the lines very tight and enough to dont have one D bag lock and never let to much line loss between the last Wrap in the rubberband and the risers. That is it guys, soft opennings with longs swoooooop. Mauricio

Hi everyone ! I need help ! I buy my velocity at few weeks ago, is one "old" velocity (DOM 09/2001) but with only 6 jumps, really 6 jumps, the canopy was very slippery to pack. I read the PD manual about this canopy and the all caracteristics, like, pack same the Stiletto, Slider in cross, roll the tail, make the wrap in the lines tight and between 2"-3" and ..., but, I can't imput my canopy in the bag in the first time I pack and ask for help to my friend and rigger, he did and I have one good openning, but, now start my problems, I did same job him and I have more 2 hard opennings, in my last jump (jump #4 with the canopy and # 10 total in the canopy, I have one REALLY bad openning, like my pilot chut was my canopy. Result, my steering line in the right side split in half, or, broke. My rig is a Javelin J1, my reserv PDR 143 with Cypres, my WL is 2.2 and deployed position stable after follow one tandem jump. What can I did wrong ? Cheers. Mauricio

Hi, I have been jumping with stiletto 150 and 135 for neally 1000 jumps and maybe for few times I have hard opennings, I have been jumpimg with others canopys with bad opennings, but it was normal in those canopys. I believe the problem is the end your pack, I use the same system in my packing job, but, I use long rubber band in the couple first line stowing and input double wrap, in the others I use small rubber bands with single wrap, BUT, I leave between 2" - 3" each line stowing doesno't mater where they are and leave 10" - 15" between the last stowing and the links in the risers, and this work very well for me. I hope really help with this information, and I agree others like ask others packers or riggers about, use packing service from other people. Cheers. Mauricio
