  1. I just heard the news about Dan-O and am physically sick... Dan-O was so kind and loving to my husband, Jeff, and me from our first meeting in 2003. Everywhere he went he shared his positive peacefulness. The world is a dimmer place without him in it. My love goes out to TJ, Anthony, John, and Ann. Blue skies, sweet friend. You are loved and missed. Jen and Jeff P.S. I found a few pictures of Dan-O from LP 2004.

  4. Seller beware! I recently posted a BASE rig to sell, and received an identical response. The email address was "[email protected]", user name "walex tom". This "overpayment cheque scam" is widely referenced in various internet and paper articles. Targets include anyone selling high dollar items on the internet, i.e. cars, motorcycles, livestock, and sporting equipment. This neanderthal would probably get more responses from his prey if s/he improved his/her spelling, grammar, and punctuation... I am willing to buy your (Perigee II / Mojo 220) for $1500 my mode of payment will lays on certified casheir's check drawn in U.S funds, i will be informing my client in U.S who be forwarding a check of $6000 to you on my behalf , i will be handling the shipping, and every relevant title, if you want me to forward the check to you, i want you to give me the name that will be on cheque and your physical address which you will like to recieve the cheque with your cell phone number and land line. More over the balance on the excess funds wi ll be base on shipping bcos they are having other consignment for me to do the pick up, the excess funds will be send as soon as the check get to you and i want you to consider your item sold to me, the shipper's will be incharges of sign all relevant document,i will like to know if may mode of payment is accepted by you or not . i will really appreiciate your instant response. Thanks
  5. Hey you, after reading all that positive feedback from some cool dudes, I hope you're feeling better about your gear. Hey! YOU'VE GOT NEW GEAR!!! Enjoy. There is little room for a fashion show in this sport, so go have a great time this weekend and don't worry about looks. I still think you're a cutie regardless...
  6. It's super cool to finally find something in this sport that is just MY SIZE! And, your balloon jump was simply beautiful. I can't wait to do one myself.
  7. Oh yay fun Stacey you rock! Thanks for a super amazing weekend. Let's go again!
  8. Wow, this is a pretty amazing thread. Here's yet another reason to not smoke... I'm a nurse. I work in a cardiac cath lab. I was on call this past weekend. We (the call team) were in the lab for 25 hours worth of heart attacks. All are or were smokers. All needed an angioplasty and stent(s). So if you don't want me shaving the pubic hair off your groin at 3:30 in the morning while you're having crushing chest pain, don't smoke. I'm eleven days smoke free. And still tired from this weekend. Jen P.S. Everyone is doing well!
  9. Hee hee... Thanks sis. Love you too. 29 Years later and I still have the same look on my face... "I'm really sorry... But Happy New Year!!!"
  10. Hey, my avatar is me at age 3. Half naked, smiling my head off, running around with a cookie in my hand... Guess a whole lot hasn't really changed... What more do you really need??
  11. This is odd but... I was just inspecting my brand new PD reserve and noted a sewing error where the stabilizer and tail are rolled. Not a huge deal that would affect the structural integrity of the canopy, but it is quite obvious and definitely not perfect. I'm very disappointed. I still think highly of PD's products, but no one wants to find an error in his or her reserve canopy that he or she just purchased.
  12. Yep, perspirate, hydrate, urinate.... words to live by. But I guess I'm changing the subject... Seriously, dehydration is a serious condition ALL persons should be aware of, particularly in summer conditions. There goes the RN in me....
  13. Glad to hear all went well for you. Regarding Rantoul, you'll probably find your canopy feels a bit soggy. Do a bit of playing around at higher altitudes. What's the real pain is packing in that humidity. Drink LOTS of water! See ya soon.
