I'm shortly taking AFFI and TI certification courses. I'd be interested to hear anyones experiences on these courses. What happened to you? Advice, tips, what you'd have done differently given the benifit of hindsight, all gratefully received. I'm interested in both airside and classroom stuff, lesson plans, what the examiners are looking for. Basically any advice you can give.

Hi folks, I have a friend with a MiniDV camera and I have a DV camera. Tried hooking up the firewire cables but no joy. Does anyone know how to transfer video between the two? tia

I'm planning on visiting the Genting Skyventure wind tunnel on my way out to the Equinox boogie in October. I'm looking on advice/opinions on :- What the genting tunnel is like? I've flown in Orlando and Paris and prefer Orlando. What is the easiest way to get from KUL/Sebang to the tunnel? How much did the transfer cost? How long does it take to get from the airport to Genting? Is it run the same as at Orlando, ie they give you specific times to fit your sessions in? or is it like Paris, you turn up at 9am and hang around till they call you, random like? Are the prices on the genting website still correct and how much time does RM50 buy you? Anyone else going to be at the tunnel on the 15-18 October? So many questions... tia

I was on the first lift they did, it was very sweet, watching them holding hands (and you didn't think anyone would notice) as they walked out to the caravan. Good to see Adam back in the air and funny seeing Vicki taking charge.

I just went London, Charlotte, Orlando and back, my rig in a rig bag as carry on. No problems, questions, second looks or anything. It was only when I got back home I realised I still had my hook knife on the chest strap. But no problems whatsoever.
