  1. They're a band? Ah what the heck, just provide a photo, and I won't care.
  2. It's not about what effect it has on votes. It's about the president's propensity to lie.
  3. What kind of jump? A static line needs about 3,000', a tandem jump needs 7.500', and an AFF needs about 10,000'. The FAA forbids jumping through solid cloud layer, but you can often find holes big enough to jump through. And weather forecasts are often incorrect.
  4. News: "Obama goes 'skeet shooting all the time'? Hardly ever, sources say" Quote: "The only time he shot skeet was for President's Cup," said the source, referring to a shooting competition tradition involving the presidential Marine guards. "I was there. He stayed for about five minutes, and couldn't leave fast enough." http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/01/30/obama-keet-shooting-all-time-hardly-sources-say/#ixzz2JVcSeyMG
  5. You consider suicide to be a gun problem?
  6. Right, and I'm not sure what happens to those records from out-of-business dealers. They may be getting computerized...
  7. That last pair of buns look like fake plastic ones glued to the jeans.
  8. What's more important: Saving your life, or saving an ounce of rubber? Your focus should be upon saving your life. Fuck the rubber.
  9. Right. And the same thing can happen with a side-by-side. If you chop the main, the remaining reserve immediately jumps to the center above you, to restore the center of gravity - and that is toward the risers of the departing main. The departing main risers can then entangle with the side of the reserve, like the three-rings in the lines, causing it serious problems. Especially if the main is somewhat inflated and has some drag to it. I've seen a video of this in the long ago past. Might have been from the Gold Knights two-out test jumps.
