Orlando 0 #1 August 9, 2006 My 3 month old Sony PC-1000 was recently stolen and I'm looking for a replacement. I purchased it from B&H but it is no longer available on their web site. I'm searching the web looking for one. I like to purchase the same model to re-use the Dbox. Any suggestions?Saludos, Orlando Hispa #48 || www.amador.org || Xtreme Divers

Orlando 0 #8 August 9, 2006 Yeap. Saw the 3 from Amazon.com and one from ebay ended being a fraud. There is a couple of suppliers but they price it at $1000 and higher when it was on $790 just in march. I'll keep searching and hopefully will find something. Besides, he has his own PC-1000 manual from his other camera, right? AndyMan 7 #10 August 9, 2006 Do you really need the PC1000? I'd be taking a hard look at the HC3 right now. _Am__ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.

Fast 0 #12 August 9, 2006 As much as I don't know how to mount both a still and HC3 on top of an optic illusion, i would not buy a new pc1000 right now. I would spend the money on an HC3... that is if my pc1000 died or something.~D Where troubles melt like lemon drops Away above the chimney tops That's where you'll find me. The111 1 #13 August 9, 2006 QuoteAs much as I don't know how to mount both a still and HC3 on top of an optic illusion See attached picture: XT + HC90 on top of my Illusion. The HC3 is only about 0.5" wider than the HC90, it would be possible. However, that much weight supported by only a chincup is not very comfortable, which is why I'm working on a rear-entry system helmet. I know someone who has 30D + HC1 on top of Illusion. Both those cameras are huge. It does not work very well for him, it's just too much for the helmet. But it is possible.www.WingsuitPhotos.com
