immortal1983 0 #1 April 10, 2012 I've been noticing a lot of speed being diminished when I start plaining out. I looked at the some footage and saw that the sides of the slider were open and definitely causing me to slow down a lot. I can't afford an RDS system right now and I can't reach the back of my rig to be able to tie it down. Is there anything else I could do for now while I save up for an RDS system? justme12001 0 #7 April 11, 2012 +1 that's what I did with my second one. The first I just looked at a reg slider and figured out what to do from there.
immortal1983 0 #8 April 11, 2012 Thanks guys, I'm sure one of my fellow swoopers wouldn't mind me borrowing one. I'll let you know how it goes and I'll post some pictures after I'm done.
Alexg3265 0 #9 February 4, 2014 justme12001 learn how to sew and build it yourself Just got done making one for myself... I'm not a rigger, but I know my way around a sewing machine. My job requires attention to detail so no sweat... Buy some rings for whatever you want to do, lookma sold me a set for about $60 plus about 25$ in materials and 4 hours later.... Here it is. Still working out the terminal openings, and testing it later in the week. The thing with the jvx is you need the extra flaps as well. So you're going to need to make a hybrid of what you borrow and what you have now.I was that kid jumping out if his tree house with a bed sheet. My dad wouldn't let me use the ladder to try the roof...
