Crossfire 2 question

Hi guys, I am looking at a xfire 2 for sale and on the side of the canopy it says "Icarus Crossfire" but it doesnt say "2"... It is advertised as a xfire2. Is this normal or is some one about to get ripped off?

Tried that + a google search but cant find any good photo's of the canopy from the side.

the crossfire 2 does not not have the number 2 on the logo, but it will have it say on the label.

Xfire 2 has 3 d lines,
Xfire 1 has four d lines.

Get serial number from seller. Then contact Icarus they will soon tell you.

Um, if you only have 200-ish jumps, IMO you have no business being under a xfire (of any size). I'd lookl for a sabre2 or a fusion, as more appropriate canopies that can also be swooped quite well.

Well, you were close and headed in the right direction on this.

The Crossfire I has 20 casscades, 10 "B" and 10 "D".

The Crossfire II has 10 "B" and 6 "D".

Just look at the Stab and you see only see two lines attached to the stab on a Crossfire II.

The Crossfire I will have three lines attached to the Stab.

The above references do not include the "A" lines.
