Assuming you mean PM notification, same here... I have received several PM's in the past 24 hours and zero email notifications.

I got one just now that was 2 days late. It came at the right time 6:59, just 48 hours later than the post was made.

I've been getting quite a few missing and displaced notification emails.

I'm not so sure of that.

It's more like it burped a whole bunch of missing notifications and then went back to withholding them.

Edited to add: Maybe not. They seem to be okay at the moment. But even after the burp, I was having trouble.
