BIGUN 1,061 #4 September 14, 2007 Now, that I don't know. And, I'm not sure there's an official record for either.Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
peckerhead 0 #5 September 15, 2007 I used to jump at a DZ that was on the state line. We would take off from one state and land in another.
howardwhite 5 #6 September 19, 2007 At Vermont Skydiving Adventures, if the wind is from the west, you can dump high over the New York side of Lake Champlain and land in Vermont. At Pepperell, MA, it's easy to open over MA, fly over NH, and land back in MA. (For those collecting state jumps, a "bad spot" lands you in NH, where there is currently no DZ). LAP 0 #7 September 19, 2007 Vermont Skydiving at Assprins? Great time skydiving there also Skydive Winnepesauke, Lebanon & Pittfield ME. Man I sure enjoyed my short time in the Northeast. Best way to be a "leaf-peeper" is from Exit altitude!!! Caribou, ME. still have a DZ? Lap
howardwhite 5 #8 September 19, 2007 Ass-prins because the dropzone is on a farm where they also raise miniature donkeys. The owner of the Winnepesauke DZ (the most recent one) is now owner of the Skyventure NH tunnel. Lebanon (Skydive New England) is going strong. The only other current Maine DZ is in Pittsfield; nothing way up north any more. But leaf peeping isn't bad in Massachusetts. FallinAngel 0 #9 September 20, 2007 I once jumped in two different countries in one day. My buddy Ron and I were in Hermosillo, Mexico for a demo. We jumped there in the morning, then flew back to AZ that afternoon. Sunset load at Eloy.
