Lodi, California

Has Lodi still got the great prices? Thinking of coming over for a few weeks intensive jumping as the euro-pound rate isn't as good as it used to be and I really, really need to get my experience up. Want to do 150 jumps.

I know they are non-USPA (or were). As a foreign jumper with a private third party insurance policy and an FAI A licence issued by BPA is that all the paperwork I'll need?

Lodi is still $13 jumps if you buy a block of 50 tickets. Otherwise they are a $15. It's not a GM of USPA, so no USPA membership is required. No AAD required, but it's wise to have one.i If it's your first time there I'd suggest bring your log book, as I have seen several people turned way for not having one if you are new to the DZ. If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me.

I'm probably having a stupid moment... but whats the closest major airport to fly into? Thanks, Sam

For an international flight SFO (San Francisco International) and I bet if you look for a ride early someone might even be able to save you some cash there as well.

If you fly non-stop, SFO (San Francisco) will be your choice. If you change planes somewhere else in the U.S., then OAK (Oakland), SJC (San Jose), and SMF (Sacramento) are other choices which might or might not have a better price or schedule.
