Looking for accomodation at the Eloy Xmas boogie

A bunch of us Brits from Weston-on-the-Green are coming out to Eloy once again to partake in the joys of the 2004 Xmas boogie.

I have a yen this year to stay somewhere a little more welcoming than the old Super-8 Motel up the road. So I'm looking to rent a house or apartment for 4-6 people within reasonable distance of the DZ. Any suggestions?

I've approached the 2 real estate agents recommended by Skydiveaz. One had nothing available, the other didn't bother to reply.


So do you have, or do you know of anyone who has, anything suitable for rent?

I stayed at the Super 8 last year..but New Years Eve, I was sort of locked out and had to find an alternate place to stay and I might say that the Honeymoon Suite at the Red Roof Inn was quite nice. It has all the amenities including a jacuzzi in the room!

You might want to call or e-mail Stephan Lipp at the Arizona Training Center (on the DZ). He is a veritable slumlord and has a compound with about five residences about two miles from the DZ. PM me for his cell number. He might have a unit open.

I spoke to Stephan the other day on behalf of Brits coming out here for the boogie and the apartments aren't furnished and he won't furnish them, although they do have fridges, cookers and working bathrooms.

You could try Arizona City, Its right accross the highway, thats where I live. I will ask around and see if I hear anything.
