baron_68 0 #1 May 20, 2004 I'm going up to Cross keys in July. Does anyone know the best motel there? I got some names from the DZ but don't want to end up in some dive. So far I have the Rest Inn, Red Carpet Inn, and the HoJo in Blackwood. Any good tips pro or con on these or otheres would be helpful. headoverheels 291 #2 May 20, 2004 There is also the closest/diviest of the bunch, the Pike Inn. I think the Pike has rennovated some rooms, but not others. I was happy at the Rest Inn a couple of years ago, and am there this year, but some others were not as happy -- especially women sharing rooms, as there is little counter space in the bathroom. The HoJo is a bit better, and about 10 minutes farther -- still not a great place or location, but I was comfortable there. Don't know about the Red Carpet. The Red Carpet Inn is maybe 10 minutes from the DZ, the HoJo is Blackwood is OK, camping has been mentioned - there are showers on DZ. - Jim"Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends.
