jtval 0 #8 August 15, 2003 Ive got this wierd ritual! STILL! I dont manifest until I am packed, Or at least half packed and on a 20 minute call. I have always said If I "have to" race to get on a load Im not enjoying the day. I may as well quit jumping. I also Dont go home unpacked! My ritual is 1-Go to misc. DZ-(rig packed already from the last time) 2-walk around say hello to all the folks I know and those I dont.(usually I am there WAY before first load or they are up and I have a 30 minute turn around anyway) 3- load up 4- Rig inspection 5- Plan jump 6- jump 7- land safely 8 - go to packing area 9- pack 10 BS about jump with those I am packing next to 11- paln another jump 12 finish packing 13 Load up even with that amout of wasted time( some may say) I still got 8 jumps at perris on satuday- I wne t over my budget.
