Looks a little like Brown Field in San Diego. The fog rolls in from the coast, so often you'll see that when you look towards the ocean - even though the ground below is clear.

I futzed with your picture. I have one similar to this but taken from higher of a tandem exit. I did the same thing to it and it is my current background, looks pretty damn cool.
