Need risers/bag/steering toggles for practice chute/folding chute.

I've acquired a PD170, thanks Nick btw. I need some old dead risers a bag and some steering toggles to attach to so I can work on proper line storage and what not. If anyone has any of these lying around collecting dust i'd gladly take them off your hands. I'll pay the shipping. I'll throw in a couple bucks for your time as well if you want. Get airworthy ones and a container to connect em to and practice after each jump.

Of course you DO realize that packing an old worn out canopy is a totally different thing than packing a brand new one. Practice with the stuff you're getting (which was pretty cool of folks to hook you up with) to get the technique down then when you are at the dz see if someone with a newer setup will let you practice on theirs during some downtime. Thats how I learned anyway.

MUCH. You can pick up a set of risers for like 50 bucks all day long.

i was looking through the classifieds. they do have some risers in there. i looked on ebay but they were all Airborne style WWII.

Thanks blink. I tried to bid on the one pair but i got out bid at the last second by .50 cents. Still looking for some old non air worthy risers... This is pushing it but perhaps someone has an old dead container???
