Book your Skydive with The Discovery Channel

Seems reasonable and not Skyride-like. If you choose a region, you get a specific location (I picked San Francisco and it said the "gift location" was Byron, CA; choosing Chicago gets you Hinckley, IL, etc.). Actual dropzones and actual locations. Seems like a legitimate marketing tool.

Yeah, the prices are extraordinarily high. I wonder how much of the inflated price the DZ actually receives? I don't know if this is directly affiliated with Skyride, but there are other DZs in TX that accept Skyride that aren't listed on Discovery's website.

$430 for Pheonix???
WTF??

Holy crap! 100% mark-up over the direct-to-DZ price; and that is IF the DZ gets their usual fee.

May be legit, but it is still a rip.
