...And I would THANK YOU for doing that! B|

One of the most nervous (and potentially dangerous IMHO) times for me (IMO) is when someone is not "in" in the formation (has either gone low, or what-have-you), and at break-off/tracking time, you can't locate (see) them! Especially if you are unsure as to that persons (particularly tracking and "awareness") skills.

It is what you DON'T see, and what you DON'T know that can very suddenly, but very drastically/most definitively kill you!

This "near incident" is illustrative enough of that.
