Worth the watch. Interesting to say the least that Texans ended up standing for others more than NYers.

I suspect it is because people who live in highly populated areas are more likely to avoid getting involved the the affairs of others, as compared to people who live in more lightly populated areas. As an extreme example, this most likely would not have gone down the same way in a place like TX:

I agree that has a lot to do with it. The lack of physical personal space in NYC is theorized by many to be a large contributing factor to people being closed off / rude.
You stop breathing for a few minutes and everyone jumps to conclusions.

Probably contributes a bit, it was still pretty cool to watch.

I wonder is that why they walk the walk of equality in the micro sense...when its 2 tables at breakfast....but on the macro sense state wide, they are one of the states that can refuse service because you are gay, etc?


The dude who went out and wrote the ladies a note made me tear up.

But I swear I was waiting for him to come back in with his gun....I saw 0 guns in this clip so I am a bit suspicious it was in Texas.
