shah269 0 #1 September 15, 2009 So I'm looking at all of these photos from the Tea Bag, hay lets face it very few people know that you can buy loose leaf tea, rally and I just have one question. Where are all the tan people? I didn't see a single ethnic person in any of those pictures. Sure lots of guys who look 9 months pregnant smoking holding signs but no one of color? What gives?Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. The only thing that falls from the sky is birdshit and fools! shah269 0 #3 September 15, 2009 A vast number of small business owners are ethic. You think they would have showed up. What were they not invited?Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. GeorgiaDon 340 #4 September 15, 2009 QuoteA vast number of small business owners are ethic. Maybe, they were working?? A few days off to go to DC for a protest means days of lost business. rickjump1 0 #5 September 15, 2009 Maybe these people of color have recently immigrated to this great country and are a little shy in exercising their right to protest.Do your part for global warming: ban beans and hold all popcorn farts.

shah269 0 #9 September 15, 2009 I'm glad I was wrong. I was starting to think that this rally was some sort of "whites only" party.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. TomAiello 25 #10 September 15, 2009 From what I saw, the crowd was about 80% caucasian. The most heavily represented minority group appeared to be Indians (as distinct from Native Americans, although I was surprised by the number of those, as well, many of them in traditional garments). There was also a fair number of other Asians, but only a smattering of African Americans and Hispanics. That's all just my subjective observations, though. As far as I know, no one did any kind of demographical data gathering.-- Tom Aiello [email protected] SnakeRiverBASE.com
JohnRich 4 #11 September 15, 2009 QuoteFrom what I saw, the crowd was about 80% caucasian. Racial makeup of America: 74% white non-hispanic 13% black 10% hispanic 4% asian Obviously, if 80% of the crowd was white, then that's not representative of America as a whole. They've got to all be racist redneck pigs. How else are we supposed to think in order to disregard their message?
