According to the article you submitted, it states they THINK the boy was tied around the tree, it also states no information on what started the fight. What he did was wrong but hes fucking 11 and doesnt deserve to be killed.

What they should do is take a good look at the parents methods in raising the child, and deal with them accordingly.

Thats not part of this, he assualted a child younger then him, he shouldnt get away with it, that being said NO one should die, and definitly not for assualt. I do not believe in an eye for a eye. The kid definitly needs agressive thearpy. Let the professionals decide.

The age is not too relevant to part of the argument here... our legal system does not kill [fullstop].

Also, we'd like to wait for all of the facts to come out before jumping to too many conclusions... but let's not let the facts get in the way of a good lynching.
