Just a few years ago, the reservoirs in Colorado were low. Now, they're almost full. I wonder if there is a connection here as well?

I don't know, would the president have any influence over that. Would any of his decisions impact the water levels in the reservoirs?

I am rpetty sure a fair number of decisions made by presidents impact the income and prosperity levels of the lowest income earners....
