I will keep posting about this one however. I hope they have a judge that believes in the law and the rights of the people.

There are things that the Federal Courts stay out of - or are supposed to stay out of.

One of which is an "advisory opinion." You can't go to a federal court and say, "Court - will I get in trouble if I do this?" That's an advisory opinion. The Court will say, "We can't tell you. If you think you can, then do it. Then you can use this as a defense."

That seems to be what is going on here.
