Is this a hoax ?

Two different movie clips about two different skydivers. One is about Graig Gasson, and the other is about Joe Jennings.
Both of those films have exactly the same footage about jumping with a rig in ones hands. In the Gasson-film they say its gasson whos jumping and in the Jennings film they say its Jennigs whos jumping. Something aint right here !
Also when you add in the fact that they dont tell you in the film that the skydiver (who ever the person is) is attached into his legstraps by a wire, but they actually lie you that he is only holding his rig in his hands, these clips smeel like shit.

Greg Gasson is the jumper. Joe Jennings is the guy who took the video. Do a search for their names on this site. These two gentlemen have done more skydiving stunts and jumps than most of us here have watched online movie clips....

Well, they're not totally "forthcoming" about the no parachute jump, but the rest is all real. Check out "tlc - daredevils.mpg" and "tlc - daredevils2.mpg" in that same folder (/from tv/). It's a TV show about Joe Jennings. Greg Gasson makes a number of appearances.

Greg Gasson is the jumper without the rig, Joe Jennings is the cameraman.
Both are wacky guys, met the former in 1999 and he is very very cool. (although jumping out of a plane, with someone else holding onto your rig for you, is a little extreme for my liking!)
Joe Jennings is one very awesome camerman and organiser. Who else would've been able to pull off jumping a full size Imax camera to film a skysurfer (think of a tandem, then subtract co-operation, add dificulty{x100} and opportunities for mass carnage and complications....did I mention difficulty?) with so much finese?......very very few......
