howardwhite 5 #30 July 5, 2002 Dunno about jumpers, but I know pilots who have been penalized. Save your pilots, they have licenses to lose. As to "based on silk parachutes.." I think I'm right in saying that when the cycle was increased from 60 to 120 days, an exception was made (and still exists) for silk and "pongee" canopies.
