You know what, I'm a semi-christian...well actually I don't really associate myself with a particular religion because every one of them has some crappy flaw. Anyways I believe in God and I would have no problem "Selling my Soul". Fact is that a signed piece of paper means nothing to God. You can't physically sell your soul, so why not? Actually it sounds like a good idea. Instead of selling the whole thing, sell "shares" and offer a newsletter to shareholders???

What is keeping this guy from selling his soul again?

Imagine that you buy his soul. Then being the weasel he is, he tries to sell his soul to Satan & his minions, or worse the Church of Scientology. What are you going to do when they show up on your doorstep and want their soul back? Somehow I don't think they are willing to reach a compromise.
