Doesn't sound like CSS owns SDA, just takes control.... ?? Related to the thread about Fayard from earlier in the week?

That would seem to make a lot of sense, wouldn't it?

Probably not taking ownership because that involves increased liabilities. Simply running it so he can syphon the money he's owed out of the profit.

That's fairly interesting, a DZ taking control of another DZ, possibly to recoop owed money.

I wonder if there's any truth to Andy's assumption?

Has SDA used Fayard's planes before? I thought they had Yankee Doodle ... why would they owe him money? Or at least enough to justify taking control of the DZ.
Ok, question here - if they owed him for work done to their otter and didn't pay... can you put a lien on an aircraft like a mechanic can for a car?
