When you can have many beers and resist smoking, you've just about got it handled. I actually went bowling on my Thursday league and got trashed without lighting a single cigarette. I noticed my heart doesn't race like crazy when I climb ladders at work now, too. I get in the shower in the morning and with the nice hot steam going, usually cough up a bunch of nasty crap as my lungs clean themselves - Nasty but it's getting better!
