Amazon 7 #2 September 20, 2003 Done it and WOW.. top speed of 253MPH and average of 204 for now... I just bought Pro Track number 2 and I need some other gear to do it again.. and I am thinking of competing... Need a good suit and a good helmet.. I will buy a Havok this winter..... When you go headdown and then go into the dive and stable out.. its AWSUM.. the feeling of just falling thru a barrier is hard to describe but you feel it...I talked with Kelly Farrington that this winter I wanted to get another rig that is 300MPH capable... and he told me my Infinity was already the rig for it Jeanne
bobsled92 0 #3 September 20, 2003 from Bobsled & Skeleton days, I still have a suite "CCCP" from a Latvian Luge Coach who stayed down the Hall from me in the Lake Placid OTC.($40) I plan on using that and my new A3/Oxygen helmet. Waiting on ProTract and new Vector3 I remember your statment of top speed from before and wondered if you were involved. http://www.hangout.no/speednews/ -Grant G. p.s. there is a nice little airpark at the "Horeshow grounds" right next to our dry-land sled-push track._______________________________ If I could be a Super Hero, I chose to be: "GRANT-A-CLAUS". and work 365 days a Year. http://www.hangout.no/speednews/
Staso 0 #4 September 21, 2003 what about option "i compete and it scares me" ? i decided to go slow this weekend. got stupidly low on one jump but got 84 seconds of delay. i know, 1300 ft (see pic attached) is beyond low, won't do it again ... the lowest speed was 85.89 mph. i did a couple more of track dives after that one and got better average speed speed - 96 mph but not better then 86 on on the lowest. stan. p.s. i jumped tight all nylon tony RW suit with booties, the same i use for speed dives ... -- it's not about defying gravity; it's how hard you can abuse it. speed skydiving it is ...
