JohanW 0 #2 February 11, 2010 AFAIK they're still in business. www.barigo.de I had one cleaned and repaired not two years ago, didn't break the bank either. I went through my local gear shop at the time, but you can contact them for repairs through the website.Johan. I am. I think.
NovaTTT 1 #3 February 11, 2010 They're manufactured by a German company. It's interesting that it's not found in Poynter's. Contact them here and perhaps they can refer you to an American dealer/rep."Even in a world where perfection is unattainable, there's still a difference between excellence and mediocrity." Does anyone know who made it and if there is any way to get it check out, cleaned etc.? my first alti was a barigo - solid as a rock, and a good machine, until it fell out of my backpack when the zip broke, never did find it (mind you I was on my motorbike when it happened!) I bought a replacement (Barigo) and it was shit - nearly all plastic, and lasted about 20 jumps. I had just cleaned and resprayed the original one as well, it looked like it was new again.
