Classifieds with out the info

Don't you hate adds with out the important info, like if it might fit you.Nothing worse than a bunch of wasted emails when the info should be in the ad in the first place.:S

If the plane is unrecoverable then exiting is a very very good idea.

What fields should be required?

Size harness? Size container? Size canopy? Size jumpsuit?

Thats about all I can think of.

Best thing to do is get the serial # and ask the manufactor if they think your measurements would work on a container.

I hate the "Standardized measurements". You know, like "Fit's Average build male, 5'10" to 6'. I am 6'1" and it was a little snug."

Bah! How about some real TORSO measurements? I'm 5'11" to 6' depending on my posture, but anyone that has seen me knows that's mostly legs. If my legs matched my proportions, I'd be 5'6" or 5'7".

Does that mean if I sell my rig and say "I'm 6' 185# and it fits me great, that the next 6 footer is gonna be happy? Most likely not.

At least that gives you an idea.Harness size is a must know to even consider a container.

This is from the first complete system ad listed at the time i'm writing this:

Quote

"135 Stiletto 100 jumps, like new. Raven I, Zero jumps. Cypress, 5 years old, needs 4 year inspection. Vector V2-2, over 10 years old. All in very good condition.

Now how could you even consider this with the info provided.

Why body sizes?

Don't all rigs have their actual harnes size written on them? Why the hell can't the seller just look at the data panel and write down what it says there!? Is it really that hard.

Buyers can then simply go straight to the manufacturers website and see the exact fitment if they don't already know what they're looking for.

Simple and quick for all.
