skymama 35 #2 March 22, 2006 I was wondering when this was going to get posted. I got it a few days ago. Apparently a skydiver some of us know was associated with it. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

freeflir29 0 #4 March 22, 2006 QuoteNow this is what I call an elaborate operation... Apparently not elaborate enough though. Cool as hell! I need a house with it's own CAVE! I won't grow weed in it though.
DJL 232 #5 March 22, 2006 I curious as to how they were caught. I assume that the police are being a little secretive as to means and that's why we haven't seen anything. Power consumption? Did they have generators and saw there was a little more heat coming up the chimney than there should be or did they just wonder why it smelled like a Pepe-Le-Pieu whorehouse. ."I encourage all awesome dangerous behavior." - Jeffro Fincher

Cyanide41 0 #10 March 22, 2006 wow! I wonder how much it costs to make a cool cave like that. I have seen some people with some pretty elaborate set ups in their closet, but NEVER have I seen anything close to this. Then again, that's not really my crowd. Maybe all the hard core growers have a secret weed cave. JAMES
Dougjumper 0 #11 March 22, 2006 Yeah, Darn Beezy man they found our stash..Man. Well you know us TN boys we always have a backup.. That is a Trip though not too far up the road from me. I remembered hearing this over the Local News etc.
daniel_owen_uk 0 #12 March 22, 2006 Setup wasn't bad, chains are for adjusting the height of the lights, obviously hydroponics, ventilation looks good, although not CO2 canister in sight. As for how they were caught, I suppose their lavish lifestyle (news article mentions a yacht), I suppose they could have got away with the electricity bill if they said they were mining. 5 year investigation, 100 pounds every 8 weeks, lets say $150 and ounce? (52/8x5)x 100 x 16 x 150 = 7.8 million dollars Lot of money (obviously less expenses)__________________ BOOM Headshot

Sick_Of_It_All 0 #14 March 22, 2006 Wow, those guys should get some kind of award for ingenuity. That's amazing and awesome. What a shame, now their lives are over all because they grew and sold a plant. When is this country going to wake up? The "war on drugs" is a joke, it doesn't work, it'll never work. It's time to dicriminalize victimless crime!
