But, I will say we had a BLAST during Frances--Tropical Storm level winds devasted many trees, but not a lot of property where I live---we were on the beach playing in the foam, trying to stand up straight and riding the neighborhood kids' skateboards down the street with a big sheet between us What else do you do w/out power?
