I have a friend who takes care of a man who got a severe fever at 18 months old and his brain stopped developing past then. There are a couple pictures of the guy he helps on his myspace pic pages. The guy he takes care of is named Wade. He sent me this exact same story of the father who took his son with him on races. http://www.myspace.com/dryorkmd There are some good people out there.
