With all this fitness talk......

......I thought I would offer some assistance to any of you who may need it. I'm a nationally certified personal fitness specialist so I know a couple of things about the gym. :P

I attached a three day on, one day off routine that I developed for a fellow dz.commer. ;) It's kind of aggressive but you can pick and choose from any of the exercises if you like. You can also use the logs to track your progress. The only thing I didn't list was a specific ab routine. There are tons of abdominal exercises to choose from. No need to be specific with those.

If any of you have questions about nutrition (which is the most important part) or anything else, feel free to PM me. Of course free of charge for all skydivers. :D:D

Congrats to all of you that are taking the first step. Keep it up because fitness is the closest thing you will find to the fountain of youth! Cheers everyone!!!!!! B|

:D:D:D As messed up as that is, it's pretty funny....punk ass! :D:D

Seriously though, any help you guys need, just let me know. I have a lot of literature you can read, nutrional calculators that break down the percentage of fat, protein, and carbs you should ingest daily (based off weight/body fat) etc etc.
