The pay is great........to see a child who couldn't tell you the letters of the alphabet to a reader in 10 months. Or a child who couldn't tell you the difference between a dime and a quarter now count a handfull of change! It's a great feeling. All volunteer work. I quit my last job to be a stay-at-home mom.
