I heard some scary stuff (don't know how true it is) about the manner in which veal calves are treated and my conscience bugged me so I leave it alone (if these are just myths someone please let me know) Horse...never tried it. I was not aware that it was considered livestock. My biggest handicap is that sometimes the hole in the front of my head operates a tad bit faster than the grey matter contained within.
