Alright... I took one weth some anti-nausea medicine. How long til I'm sick??

I think it's what I took when a had minor surgery 5 years ago. I think it made me sick. Or maybe that was the surgery. I can't really remember. It was all a blur.

Nothing huge. I have some virus that has me achy and in lots of pain. Or so the urgent care & the doc say. 8 days after it started and I'm still in tons of pain.

Lisa, well, it really is hard for me to know precisely what is going on with you. I will suggest you go to a doctor, you have said already that you took something for the nausea. It could be contraindicated with the vicodin. Do you have family-friends nearby?

I've never had vicodin make me nauseated before, it just makes you feel buzzed.

It's not making me nauseous either. Nor dor I feel much better.

I'm glad it didn't make you nauseous. I took it once in my life and I got so damned sick, it was worse than the pain. Then again, my doc did not give me an anti-nausea med with it. I can't handle codeine either.

The thing with vicodin that I've noticed, is that it doesn't make the pain go away really, it just makes you not care about it. It's weird.

You probably won't get too sick. I usually ask for Vicoprofen (hydrocodone/ibuprofen(advil)) instead, because Vicodin (hydrocodone/tylenol) upsets my stomach, because tylenol upsets my stomach, and vicodin has a lot of tylenol in it.

Eek. That would be bad. In addition to all this, it's been warm here and my Restless Leg Syndrome was going NUTS so I need the sleep. Can't wait for bedtime tonight!

you out West?...it has been hot here in So-Cal...and due to heat back up again this week. I have seen commercials for RLS meds...bizarre condition..must be very irratating.

RLS sucks and usually I can control it on my own. I have no clue why it's been this bad. Something to do with my virus. Bah.
