Believe me, it is a drug habit.....nicotine is more addictive than heroin, just think about the crap people go through quitting that......smoked for roughly 10 years, quit cold-turkey once for nine months and the last time I used the patch on an excellerated program (I only ran through each phase for a week). The patches helped a lot. And it's still hard sometimes even though it's been a year, you get cravings every once in a while.......especially at the dz, a lot of people smoke there. I think I'll try to keep it under 3 for tomorrow and make the 1st the new official quit day. Anyone wanna bet me 100 bucks? Some people refrain from beating a dead horse.
