LOST fans question

HEre is something i just read and think it makes alot of sense to the last episode...

Quote

So....the Anthropologist's name was Charlotte Staples Lewis...C.S. Lewis...If we think along the lines of his books..say Prince Caspian....The 4 children were "called back" to Narnia after they were grown. What if our 4 new "boaties" were children on the island, and have been "called back." They would have a stake, maybe along the lines of children weren't killed in the purge, but transported on off the island. They would have prior knowledge of the island, that could be the reason they were hand chosen by Abadon.

First chapter in Prince Caspian?

The Island.

P.S. Anyone else think Michael is Ben's man on the boat?

Very interesting. I watch this show like it has the answers of the world in it. I never thought of any of this. Very interesting. --I still want to know about "Jacob". I thought the only person who could see him was Locke. But when Hurley peeked in the window, we plainly saw a man who *wasn't* Locke rocking in the chair. --Such a good show!!!!

Who's the Oceanic 6? We know of Jack, Kate, Hurley from seeing previous flash forwards, but who will it be?? Who's the other four??
Bigway... I agree that Michael being on that boat makes plenty of sense... mind blowing if it does happen!! Why use Penny as a way to get in? I doubt Michael knew of her...:S:o
I could go on for hours on this... Is there anorther thread on Lost on this site?

Today is a better day!!!

Ah, fair enough.

Below in white is every spoiler on the web for this seasons lost.
There is alot of info in it that will help anyone decide what is going on. Nothing too big though..

**** Episode 4.02: Confirmed Dead ("Not Penny's Boat" people-centric)
Airdate: February 7, 2008

* new 02/06 - [Naomi]'s now all dead, but she is, let's say, a presence in the next two episodes (at least). Source: Kristin on E!Online
* new 02/06 - A decent Juliet fix awaits you tomorrow night. Not only is there a nice little scene with her and Sayid on the beach, but she ends up saving the day - much to Kate's chagrin. Speaking of which, there's a Kate/Jack/Juliet moment that will have you peeing your pantaloons. It's that funny. It's also pretty subtle, so your full attention will be required. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
* 02/03 - In the second episode, Locke will ask Ben flat out what the "black monster" is (yes, Locke uses those words). Source: TV Squad
* 02/03 - [Charlotte's full name is] Charlotte Staples Lewis. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 01/23 - But the biggest mystery hanging over Lost's fourth season, beyond who makes it off the island, is how rescue-friendly those freighter folk will turn out to be. Could the quirky quartet -- Fahey, Davis, Rebecca Mader, Ken Leung -- win up making Others leader Ben look downright cuddly? Expect the February 7 episode to shed light on the gang's true mission. Source: TV Guide
* 01/19 - The survivors begin to question the intentions of their supposed rescuers when four strangers arrive on the island. Guest starring are Ken Leung as Miles, Jeremy Davies as Daniel Faraday, Rebecca Mader as Charlotte, Jeff Fahey as Frank Lapidus, Mira Furlan as Danielle Rousseau, Tania Raymonde as Alex, Blake Bashoff as Karl, Marsha Thomason as Naomi, Lance Reddick as Matthew Abaddon, Jill Kuramoto as female anchor, Necar Zadegan as translator, Azure McCall as Mrs. Gardner and Kanayo Chiemelu as African/Tunisian man. Source: ABC
* 09/12 - Lost was filming along a small streambed at Judd Trail, up Old Nuuanu Pali Road. A perfectly Lost-y jungle location. All the action was out of sight, but it was good to see some familiar faces on the crew. I can only tell you that there was a major confrontation (I could hear yelling echo through the forest), and can rattle of the list of actors I spotted. But I think you'll agree, this simple list alone is enough to get one's heart aflutter. This was a major shoot! Jorge Garcia (who was kind enough to stop and chat), Terry O'Quinn, Mira Furlan (in a nice checkerboard flannel-type shirt), Josh Holloway (who I believe was the aggressor), Michael Emerson (who appeared to have been on the losing end of a fight), Blake Bashoff and Emilie DeRavin. Of course there was at least one baby being carried around. Names overheard but not seen include Evangeline Lilly, "Carla," "Alex," "Karl," and "Fuzzy" (likely stunt pro Robert Moody). During my brief chat with Jorge, he again expressed a great deal of excitement and anticipation for the first few scripts of Season 4, comparing it to Season 1 in richness and mind-blowing moments. He also recalled meeting friends of mine yesterday at the "Santa Rosa" location, summarizing the shoot with a long, delicious, "Whew!" I think it's safe to say fans are no less excited about the return of Lost. My friend Darcy also visited the location later in the day and saw Matthew Fox in a scene with Evangeline and Jeremy Davies. Davies, playing a character named Daniel, was wearing a vest with a blinking light and made a call to someone named George, presumably or supposedly on Naomi's ship. Source: The Transmission
* 09/12 - Jack, Kate and Daniel are hiking uphill through the jungle. When they reach the top of a rise, Jack and Kate sit down to rest while Daniel, who's wearing a black vest with a flashing red light (probably identical to the one Naomi has on when she parachutes down to the island) pulls out some sort of communication device (again, possibly the same as Naomi's "phone") and says something like: "George, it's Daniel. Yeah, my instrumentation went crazy. Seemed like some kind of electrical storm. I'm here with some of the survivors." The rest of the dialog was inaudible, but Daniel and Jack seemed to be saying a lot to each other. The take was rather long, perhaps a full two minutes. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 08/22 - Sources confirm that The Wire's Lance Reddick has been cast in the recurring role of Arthur Stevens, the intimidating corporate recruiter. Source: The Ausiello Report
* 08/21 - Ken Leung [...] is joining the cast of Lost next season, sources confirm. The rumor is that Leung will be playing the recurring role of Russell ([may not be the character's real name]), a brilliant mathematician who is capable of great insights and has a tremendous knowledge across various scientific fields. He's expected to first turn up in the season premiere. Source: The Ausiello Report
* 08/15 - The only bit of info I can add about [the] role [of Arthur Stevens] is that the character will be between 40 and 60 years old. Source: SpoilerFix BuddyTV Spoilers Chat
* 08/13 - Also appearing in 401 and 402, with possibly more episodes down the line, is Arthur Stevens. He is a ruthless corporate recruiter, tall and thin, with a chilling presence. Source: secretagentman @ TWoP
* 08/05 - The role of Charlotte could become a regular. Source: SpoilerFix.com
* 08/05 - Here is a little more about Russell: He is said to be fascinated by magic and mystery even if he works in a world of science. The role is a recurring that may end up to be a series regular. Source: SpoilerFix.com
* 08/01 - First up is the recurring character of Russell, described as a brilliant mathematician in his late thirties who is "capable of great insights and has a tremendous knowledge across various scientific fields." Unfortunately, he tends to be too direct for his own good, and as a result, his personal relationships don't always add up. Russell is scheduled to turn up in Episode 1. Source: The Ausiello Report
* 08/01 - [A new character], possibly extending the rest of the season, and perhaps next season, [is] Russell, a brilliant mathematician in his late 30's. Name may change of course. Source: secretagentman @ TWoP
* 08/01 - Also recurring is Charlotte, a hot twentysomething who is said to be "precocious, loquacious and funny... a very successful academic who also knows how to handle herself in the real world." Interestingly, she, too, has a tough time relating to people. Beneath the surface, there's "lots of repressed and pent-up emotions." [Charlotte debuts in Episode 2.] Source: The Ausiello Report
* 08/01 - [A new character], possibly extending the rest of the season, and perhaps next season, [is] Charlotte, an attractive, athletic academic. Name may change of course. Source: secretagentman @ TWoP

Episode 4.03: The Economist (Sayid-centric)
Airdate: February 14, 2008

* new 02/06 - In the Island's big game of capture the flag, Kate gets tagged out by the other team and sent to "jail." Lucky for her, she's in good with the jailer... Source: Kristin on E!Online
* 02/03 - Naveen Andrews reveals: By the time you get to Episode 3, the [group's] split is kind of clearly defined. Source: TV Guide Online
* 01/28 - Locke's hostage may be the key to getting off the island, so Sayid and Kate go in search of their fellow castaway in an attempt to negotiate a peaceful deal. Guest starring are Ken Leung as Miles, Jeremy Davies as Daniel Faraday, Rebecca Mader as Charlotte, Jeff Fahey as Frank Lapidus, Mira Furlan as Danielle Rousseau, Marsha Thomason as Naomi, Armando Pucci as Italian man and Thekla Reuten as Elsa. Source: ABC
* 01/02 - [Episode 3] features a great ending and shooting and episode. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 10/29 - Carlos, a journalist, reveals: The 1st page of what I read was the production sheet, call sheet or something named like that - I can't remember precisely the right term. In this page, you can find the episode's number and name - in this case, #403 - The Economist, but of course it can be a provisory title. [...] That's where I also got Ken Leugn's character name (Miles) and the information confirming that Jeremy Davies will play Faraday, and Rebecca Mader, Charlotte. That's where I also got the name Elsa, Sayid's girlfriend in his flashforward... The next pages were scripts for episode's scenes. And that's the most important information I could find there: "The Economist" will have Sayid as a main character, and will show his after-island life. We'll be in Germany, and his girlfriend is called Elsa. [...] She seemed very intrigued about Sayid's kinda secret job. He refuses to talk about it, even to her... On the island, there will be a scene in which some losties will go to "Othersville" and will notice some noises. Kate (not Juliet!) will realize that the noise is coming from a house - pointed in the script as Juliet's house, and she'll go and check it. Then, she notices that the sound is coming from the closet; and finally finds Hurley stuck inside. Locke and Sayid are disagreeing about the best way to discover more about the "new visitors": while Sayid wants to go to the ship with Charlotte and appears that she'll get a boat to get back to their HQ, Locke prefers to trust in Ben, who said that he's got a spy on the boat. [...] Freckles will want to go to somewhere - not mentioned on the excerpt I read - but Sawyer, even not wanting her to go, won't stop her; but will also show her his disappointment... Source: Lost Spoilers
* 09/26 - It appears that episode 2 or 3 is going to be Sayid centric: I was in downtown Honolulu today (Saturday 9/22) and they were filming Lost. It was suppose to be in Germany. They had snow (shaved ice) all over the road. Some of the security said it was a Jack scene. It was not, it was Sayid. There was no dialog I could hear, just Naveen crossing the street several times. Source: Hawaii Lost Yahoo Group
* 09/11 - Dante: 40s, Italian businessman, knows the fun of a little competition, affable, friendly but with a secret. Must have an authentic Italian accent / speak some Italian. Source: Lost Spoilers

Episode 4.04: Eggtown (Kate-centric)
Airdate: February 21, 2008

* new 02/06 - Kate's need to get information out of the hostage may jeopardize her standing with Locke -- as well as with Sawyer. Guest starring are Ken Leung as Miles, Jeremy Davies as Daniel Faraday, Rebecca Mader as Charlotte, Shawn Doyle as Duncan Forrester, Susan Gibney as Melissa Dunbrook, Traber Burns as judge, Fred Q. Collins as bailiff, Beth Broderick as Diane Jansen, Tania Kahale as nanny and William Blanchette as child. Source: ABC
* 01/23 - When Kate eventually gets the flash-forward treatment, expect the episode to address how the freckled fugitive -- on the run for torching her dad while he slept -- was free for that teary reunion with Jack. "How is it she's not in jail?" [Evangeline] Lilly asks. "Did she already serve her time? Was she pardoned when she got back?" Another burning Kate question: Who is the "he" referred to by onetime commitment-phobe Kate when she implied to Jack that someone was waiting for her at home? "Kate's kind of got her s--- together," Lilly says, "and the reason she's coping quite well is that person." Source: TV Guide
* 01/02 - [Episode 4] had one of the best endings I've seen. Sawyer and Kate fans will not be happy! [The episode] features an amazing twist. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 12/31 - Eggs are one of the first things we see in episode 4. Source: DocArzt's Lost Blog
* 10/14 - Kate pleads not guilty to a laundry list of crimes, including murder, assault and weapons charges. Source: Hawaii Blog
* 10/14 - The woman we saw on the balcony is called Susan and she is one of the lawyers on Kate's trial. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 10/14 - Down in the underground parking lot for the capitol building, near the guard booth and lower entrance off Miller St., a clean-shaven, leather-jacket wearing Jack has a brief conversation with the striking, poised Kate we saw at the end of Season 3. Jack steps away from an older, brown pickup truck, not unlike the one Locke drove in one of his flashbacks, to talk to Kate. There's some awkwardness, but there are also some smiles. Eventually, Jack helps Kate get into a yellow taxi cab, and watches as it drives away. Does this basement parking lot scene come before or after her chaotic courtroom arrival, or even in the same year? Source: Hawaii Blog
* 10/06 - Lost took over much of the Capitol District in downtown Honolulu today, including parts of the Hawaii State Capitol and the nearby Laniakea YWCA. Deep inside the Capitol, a police interrogation. Across the street, a courtroom. But out front, it was a madhouse. It was the trial of Kate Austen, and it was a flash forward. For Episode 4 of Season 4, the Capitol building played a Los Angeles courthouse this morning in a scene so dramatic it was reported to real newsrooms around Honolulu. Action is called. Kate arrives in a black Lincoln Town Car, with Los Angeles police cruiser and motorcycle escorts. A mob of people, plus journalist and TV news crews (news vans from channel 6 and 19 were on the scene), are waiting. The people boo, hiss, shout "Murderer!" from behind the barricades as Kate is ushered inside. At first blush, it sounds like it could be a flashback, relating to one of Kate's many pre-crash crimes. But I have it on good authority that it was indeed a flash forward. although that fact may not be readily apparent as the story unfolds! Source: Hawaii Blog
* 10/03 - They're currently shooting Episode 4, and multiple sources confirm that it's a Kate-centric outing that features flashbacks and/or flash-forwards. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
* 09/26 - Lost Spoilers offers us a summary of the spoilers revealed in the latest podcast: We will find out if Kate is pregnant around episode 4.04 set to air in March 2008. Source: Lost Podcasts
* 09/17 - An upcoming episode (4.04?) will feature characters Mark Forrester, a corporate type cocky man in his 40s; Arthur Galzethron, the 60-year-old president of a corporation; and Melissa Waters, a confident business woman in her 40s. Source: SpoilerFix.com

Episode 4.05: The Constant (Desmond-centric)
Airdate: February 28, 2008

* 01/19 - Even though episode 5 is a Desmond episode, one of the boaties, Jeremy Davies, appears in the episode as a professor of physics at Oxford. Source: DocArzt's Lost Blog
* 10/02 - RAY: 40s-50s, any ethnicity, psychiatrist, cold, professional type who can do what's necessary to get the job done. ALFRED: 40s-50s, Caucasian, British, cool and calm under pressure, knows his place in society and knows how to handle members of the upper classes. BANNERMAN: Mid 40s, any ethnicity, narcoleptic, can fall asleep at the drop of a hat, but has an important piece of information to tell. A very smart technician by trade. BILLY: Mid to late 20s, Caucasian, British, a good buddy to have, willingly to listen but won't take too much gruff before he'll knock you in line. FOLEY: 40s - 50s, any ethnicity, British, physically fit, tough task master, unrelenting. A performance reminiscent of R. Lee Ermey in "Full Metal Jacket". LARSON: Late 20s - 30s, any ethnicity, smart, dangerous but capable of charm and humor. Tough military type. Follows orders and doesn't question them. Possible recurring character. KEAMY: Late 20s - 30s, any ethnicity, dangerous, physical - a great tactician, loyal friend and the last enemy you ever want. Military type. Follows orders and doesn't question them. Possible recurring character. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 10/02 - 4.05 could be Desmond-centric. Lost of British soldier types. Also in the episode and possibly recurring, Ray, a coldly professional psychiatrist. Source: secretagentman @ TWoP

Episode 4.06: The Other Woman (Juliet-centric)
Airdate: March 6, 2008

* 01/16 - Jacketeers (Jack and Juliet shippers) will like this episode.Source: Lost Spoilers
* 11/18 - Episode 6 is Juliet-centric and features the return of three deceased characters: Goodwin, Ethan, and Mr. Friendly. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
* 10/14 - Chandley Price - mid 30s to early 40s. Female. She is tough, no-nonsense and beautiful in an unadorned way. She is a therapist by profession and yet could benefit from some therapy herself. The qualities that make her a leader and effective at seeing into other people also cause her problems in her own life -- she can be overly controlling and obsessive. Her strength of personality is undeniable. Recurring role. Source: Lost Spoilers

Episode 4.07: Ji Yeon (Sun/Jin-centric)
Airdate: March 13, 2008

* 11/18 - Fans of the show will be happy to know that we're wrapping up filming on episode seven, which happens to be a Sun/Jin episode, called "Ji Yeon." Source: Daniel Dae Kim on his MySpace page
* 11/18 - A fan translated a Korean article, this is an extract: "When [Yunjin Kim] received her script, she got shocked to find out the title of her episode; 'Jiyeon', and it is also the name of Sun and Jin's baby. Yunjin is surprised because the name of Yunjin's character in her [new movie 'Seven Days'] is Jiyeon, too. Jiyeon is name of Korean females, and I think it's kind of common name but not that popular one." Source: Lost Spoilers
* 11/03 - The street scene appears to be the exterior counterpart to the toy store scene they filmed the day before. We see Jin come out the door with, yes, a giant stuffed panda bear. He's helping his plushy new pal into a taxi cab when a guy speeding past on a blue moped knocks his cell phone out of his hand. As he stoops to pick it up, the taxi cab takes off with someone else inside. Jin runs after the cab, yelling angrily, and to no avail. Cursing, he smashes his phone to bits on the street. [...] Many [crew members] had to rush off to report to the day's second shoot: a scene with Sun, Yunjin Kim at a funeral. Source: Hawaii Blog
* 10/30 - The [Toys N Joys] store was only slightly rearranged, the Lost set crew covering up brand names and logos with random Korean art and signs. Details of what transpired behind the store's cluttered windows when cameras rolled are unsurprisingly slim, but I'm told it involved a big, plushy panda. Source: Hawaii Blog
* 10/30 - Blog reader Alicia Chang and her coworker Shannon Fera did some scouting this morning, and it looks like filming is currently underway at Toys N Joys on Waialae Avenue. They're speculating that it's part of a flash-forward scene, and I have to agree. Somehow I don't think that a 'Charme Beaute Salon: Room 3 Upstairs' would be commonly found in South Korea... Source: The Honolulu Advertiser
* 10/29 - Kiwi stuntwoman Zoe Bell [...] said from Los Angeles yesterday that her next project was in Hawaii filming episodes of Lost, starting next week. [...] Bell described it as "a little acting role" that would involve some stunt work. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 10/21 - Huston - 50s, male, Caucasian, weathered face, salt and pepper hair, a man who immediately commands great authority but someone you don't want to cross. He has a job to do and he doesn't allow anything to get in his way - even the death of his employees. Guest star. Doctor - Male, early 30s, Korean. Professional and accomplished, a calming presence in times of crisis. Working his regular shift, he gets more than he bargained for. Must be able to speak Korean. Shopkeeper - Male, Korean, any age. Pleasant, eager to please the customer and make a sale, cool under stress, able to deal with difficult customers and keep them happy. Must be able to speak Korean. Regina - Late-20s to early 30s, any ethnicity. Tough, formidable, someone who could take an order and execute it flawlessly but who is now a shell of her former self; nervous and paranoid. Source: Lost Spoilers

Episode 4.08: Meet Kevin Johnson (Michael-centric) [Last episode completed before the writers' strike]
Airdate: March 20, 2008

* 01/30 - Andrew reveals: I worked as an extra on Lost for the 8th episode of the upcoming 4th season, and I can confirm that it is a Michael-centric episode that takes place between the time he left up until present time on the island. I was one of the extras in NY where Michael ends up and meets Tom. On the set there was a lot of talk about how Tom could be there and there were the theories of the Orchid going around. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 01/23 - The eight-episode run also holds the key to where traitorous Michael has been since last seen sailing off in the Others' boat with son Walt at the end of Season 2. Sources say Michael will prove to be integral to what is currently the season's cliff-hanger-esque Episode 8. Source: TV Guide
* 12/13 - Looking for actors from Tunisia for looping/voice over session. Must speak Fluent French. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 12/02 - Although Lost production has essentially wrapped for the year, cameras are still rolling here and there for mobisodes, pick-ups and reshoots.[...] I got an email from Brian and his friend Joel this morning. Here's what they saw: "They were shooting a bunch of scenes with Harold Perrineau coming out of a NYC apartment building, getting in a green car, reading some folded paper that he pulled out of his pocket, and speeding away in his car down the street." A brief scene, to be sure, but it obviously connects to the New York scene they filmed a few blocks away on Nov. 15. Note that the green Dodge Aspen that Michael was driving last night was also part of that earlier shoot, where I'd picked up talk of a car crash. I knew the car wasn't long for this world (thanks to the friend of a friend of a Dodge Aspen owner), but I didn't know until now that it was Michael behind the wheel. Source: Hawaii Blog
* 11/18 - [Cynthia] Watros and [Harold] Perrineau will show up in Episode 8. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
* 11/18 - From Fiji to New York City, it's been a busy week for Lost. The production returned to Chapin Lane (which previously played Bangkok in a Jack flashback) and the area around Mark's Garage to recreate the Big Apple. Streets were lit up with the Christmas spirit, and people bundled up for the imaginary winter cold. The omnipresent green newsstand was also standing by. A narrow alley, a busy street, a New York Yellow Cab. What could possibly happen here? As it turns out, the "where" and "what" weren't the half of it. It's the "who" that's the real surprise. Over the course of the evening, I and another Lost fan who lived in the apartment building across the street spotted a veritable parade of familiar faces. Harold Perrineau seemed to be the center of attention, which is hardly a surprise since we've seen him in Manhattan. Indeed, his clean cut look suggests that this is a flashback. But who should he meet in a narrow alley, but one M.C. Gainey. And it's not a friendly encounter, either, involving a gun, and a fistfight. The sounds of the confrontation echo down Honolulu streets. Christmas lights are strung everywhere. Smoke machines blanket the ground with white fog. Lights and camera cranes are brought in, as older cars are fitted with New York plates. And what's this? A car crash? Source: Hawaii Blog
* 11/18 - Kewalo Basin, the small commercial harbor in Kaka'ako, was transformed into the Port of Suva, Fiji's largest port and gateway to its capital city. It was hard to miss the huge "PORT OF SUVA" signs added to the old Kewalo Shipyard building. The freighter Kahana was docked, and a thatched-roof pavilion and Fijian tour bus stood by. Is this Naomi's freighter? Even though she said the wreckage of Oceanic Flight 815 had been discovered in an ocean trench off Bali, the pilot had said he had turned back and was attempting to reach Fiji when the plane broke up over The Island. Or could it be another ship, and another time? Who ends up in Fiji, and when? All the answers will come in due time. But whoever is on board, I'm sure he'll make a splash. Source: Hawaii Blog
* 11/12 - Ryan from Hawaii Blog revealed: First, the setting was a port somewhere in the South Pacific, second was the presence of a huge Freighter. Could this be the freighter that brought the Minkowskites to the island? Let's not forget that the Oceanic 815 wreckage was also discovered somewhere in the South Pacific. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 11/11 - There is a mini-cliff-hanger at the end of Episode 8, but it's like the end of an exciting book chapter; it's not the end of the novel. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide

General spoilers:

* 01/30 - I'm hearing that a significant death occurs sometime after Episode 4, but before Episode 8. Kate and Sawyer will have one innocent night of canoodling. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
* 01/29 - We do learn a lot more about Juliet's romantic past, as well as meet one of Sayid's lady friends. [Naomi]'s mostly dead [aka "barely alive".] But her being mostly dead doesn't mean we're done with her story. There's at least one mystery about Naomi left to solve. Look for more trouble from Desmond's rotten almost father-in-law. I talked to Alan Dale at the SAGs, and he's back as Charles Widmore in two of the first eight episodes of Lost this season. He told me, "I can tell you that I continue to be an absolute asshole to Desmond." Source: Kristin on E!Online
* 01/23 - Jack and Kate weren't the only ones to get off the island. Who else made the cut will be revealed during the eight episodes. [...] But as the sight of a broken Future Jack suggested, getting recued wasn't exactly a ticket to happily-ever-after. "Hurley was troubled in the past, and he's troubled in the future," [Jorge] Garcia reveals. "There's something that's haunting him." And it's not those blasted numbers. It seems that those who made it home haven't been entirely honest about what went down after the crash, or even about how many survived. "They might feel some sense of guilt about people left behind on the island," Naveen Andrews teases, without copping to whether his character, Sayid, is one of them. "And they might have to return." Source: TV Guide
* 01/23 - Other interesting "out of place" objects will turn up, both on and off the island. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
* 01/16 - None of the boaties are getting in any of the Lostie's pantaloons, but they might be getting in their heads in a very interesting way.Source: Entertainment Weekly
* 01/10 - [In a recent interview...] "I think the show's going to be better in its last three seasons than it was in the first three," [said Matthew Fox], adding, "There's going to be some huge mind-blowing s---." [Decoy endings have been shot for the coming season says Matthew Fox...] "I wasn't part of that particular scene. I thought I knew what was going on in the scene, and then found out that I didn't." This season ... deals with time travel and other supernatural elements. Source: Entertainment Weekly
* 01/10 - Unfortunately, I'm hearing there's nothing major going on in the Juliet-Jack universe in the first four episodes - unless you consider "heaps of subtext" to be major. (Hint: You may want to rewind to the Season 3 finale and figure out who initiated that smooch.) Jaters will be aflutter when Kate shows romantic interest in future Jack, but it turns out there's another special person in her life already.Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
* 01/08 - Yes [the Jack and Kate "because I love you" will be addressed]. More than once even. Zzzzzz... [Regarding Jack and Juliet's romantic progress in the first four episodes.] This season Ben reminds me a little of Boss Tweed or Don Corleone in his heyday. He's on the wrong side of the law, but he has rock-solid relationships with grand pooh-bahs, with little people and with everyone in between, and as such, his influence extends to places you'd never imagine. Just because we're getting flash-forwards does not mean we learn now how it all turns out. Being at the "beginning of the end" means we're actually smack in the middle of the story. Source: Kristin on E!Online
* 01/02 - There will be a Dharma artifact found but it is not on the island and is found by one of the new people. [There] is a polar bear skull but like the Dharma object it is not on the island. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 12/31 - [1 more person will make it off the island but won't be considered an Oceanic 6. That person will either be Locke, Michael, Walt, Claire, Aaron, Cindy or Vincent.] Source: Lost Spoilers
* 12/27 - The action picks up where May's finale left off, as the castaways begin the process of leaving the island, courtesy of a mysterious rescue squad (which includes Fisher Stevens and Jeremy Davies). To say complications ensue would be an understatement. "The new group is dangerous, so everyone is in a mad scramble to survive," Michael Emerson (Others leader Ben) tells Us, adding, "A threat from the oustide can breed unlikely alliances. Prepare to see character glimpses into the past and future -- and the return of Walt and Michael. "Some people get off the island, like Jack and Kate, but deals have been made that leave them with a mix of guilt and denial," says Emerson. Spoiler? Of the eight episodes in the can, he has yet to film any scenes off the island, which may signify a bad end for Ben. Source: US Weekly
* 12/26 - Rescue arrives, in the form of Not Penny's Boat, but seeing as how it's Lost, that's not all it's cracked up to be. This year's new crop of characters are the boaties, played by a crackerjack team of actors including Jeremy Davies, Rebecca Mader, Jeff Fahey and Ken Leung. Meanwhile, the newly possible flash-forwards will reveal shocking fates (not to mention some shocking allegiances) for the survivors. In the first few eps, look for lots of hostage situations, a division of the Losties between Team Jack and Team Locke, interrogations, lies (Ben) and a couple of shootings. Just another day on the beach! Source: Kristin on E!Online

* 12/16 - Lost Spoilers resumed the spoilers released in the Season 3 DVD commentaries: Horace Goodspeed and Olivia are important to the DHARMA story, and we can expect to see more of them in the future. Speaking of volcanoes, there is one on the island. Damon says it will be of "seismic importance" (pun very much intended.) Annie is an extremely important part of the island's backstory, and it is a planned chapter to come. Annie is more important than the Goodspeeds or the volcano. We have not seen Ben's motivation for his role in the purge, but we will. Source: Lost's Season 3 DVD
* 12/13 - As Kristin recently revealed in her last post, she asks who are the Oceanic 6? [...] Well the Oceanic 6 are the 6 people who get off the Island and are semi-famous. [highlight if you want to know who they are... The 6 are Sun, Jin, Kate, Jack, Hurley and Sayid.] Source: Lost Spoilers
* 12/13 - [Carlton] Cuse also fessed up about the person in the coffin seen at the very end of season three. Was it someone we've seen before? "Yes," he said without elaboration. Damon Lindelof, a co-creator and producer, was asked about why the expectations set up for the return of young Walt (Malcolm David Kelley) never seemed to materialize in the third season. Will he be seen again? "Oh, you'll see him again. But you're going to have to be patient. Sorry." [...] Cuse teased, "The Jack/Kate/Sawyer triangle is something that will go on for a long time. And who says they don't have a chance?" Source: Sci Fi Wire
* 11/11 - Greg Grunberg reveals: As a matter of fact, we will [see the pilot again]. Source: BuddyTV
* 10/21 - News of a location shoot at the old Honolulu Brewing Co. building on Queen Street, last seen in a flashback for the late, great Charlie Pace. News of a military camp of some kind set up on the slopes of Diamond Head, with soldiers made to do sit-ups in the mud (courtesy industrial water trucks). Tantalizing reports of several days' worth of shooting at the Others' camp out at the YMCA's Camp Erdman, with several actors sighted - some we've never seen in Othersville, and some we've not seen anywhere in a long time. Source: Hawaii Blog
* 10/21 - A couple of weeks ago they were filming a shouting match in the jungle involving Sawyer, Jack, Kate, Hurley, Claire and Davies (a new character). So in some episode, early in the season, the radio tower team and the beach party will be reunite. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 10/17 - Reliable sources close to Lost confirm to me exclusively that Andrea Roth is joining the cast in a recurring role. Details about her character are being kept under wraps. Source: The Ausiello Report
* 10/14 - Fisher Stevens is joining ABC's Lost in the recurring role of Minkowski, a mysterious character alluded to several times toward the end of last season and ultimately heard over the phone when Jack made contact with Not Penny's Boat. The name Minkowski, the Hollywood Reporter notes, could be an allusion to German mathematician Hermann Minkowski, whose concept of a fourth dimension - time - played into Einstein's theory of special relativity. * 10/14 - Jorge Garcia confirmed that there would be another death this season. Source: The Fuselage
* 10/02 - Executive producer and co-creator Damon Lindelof said the fourth season will continue "to answer and ask a lot of questions." But, he added, "season four is going to be a whole new show in a lot of ways. We're really excited with what we're doing and hope that it'll offer as many surprises as the finale did." Among the spoilers Lindelof revealed: "Michael is coming back. Definitely. As for Walt, we've always known Malcolm was going to grow faster than we could shoot the show. And we planned for it. Trust us. Please trust us." The show's producers have already figured out what they will do with the mysterious character of Jacob, who was introduced at the end of season three. Picking his words carefully, executive producer Carlton Cuse said, "Yes, we do know how Jacob will be depicted. Notice the careful wording of my answer. And no, Jacob did not appear before he was met by Locke." Cuse also declined to say whether an actor had been chosen to portray the character. Flashbacks will continue to explain the backgrounds of some of the characters, but there will also be glimpses into the future, the producers said. The producers said that it is inevitable that the time-bending story of Lost will continue to use looks both backward and forward. "It's absolutely inevitable, not to migrate completely away from flashbacks, but at least to find a new paradigm for storytelling that changed up the nature of the show," Cuse said. "Moving forwards, you'll get a mix. Every week will hopefully be a guessing game as to not just who will be focused on, but when we're focusing on them. Flash-forwards will be a part of season four, yes." The reverberations of the death of Charlie Hieronymus Pace, played by Lord of the Rings's Dominic Monaghan, at the end of the last season will inevitably continue at the beginning of season four. "The reverberation of that death echoes right into the premiere of season four," Lindelof said. Source: Sci Fi Wire
* 09/30 - For at least the third time within a week, the production crew for Lost returned to the historic Laniakea YWCA building on Richards Street, across from 'Iolani Palace. For the show's many character flashbacks, this beautiful building has served as everything from a mosque to a French restaurant, but most notably as a mental institution. I have a feeling that the recent shoots may have the building playing a different character. With the filming taking place inside the meeting rooms on the third floor, there wasn't much to see but the crane-mounted spotlights. Though things didn't get rolling until sunset, the lights could have easily helped create a daytime scene within. Evangeline Lilly was spotted at the location, as well as this actress, who took a smoke break out on the balcony. Look familiar? More photos from today's shoot can be found here. Lost was at the YWCA on Monday morning, too, similarly secluded from passers-by. But I did see Jorge Garcia and Matthew Fox making their way across the street. Spotting them together has got fan gears spinning. Since it seems unlikely Hurley and Jack met prior to the crash of Oceanic Flight 815, chances are they were filming one of the promised "flash forwards." But, we'll have to wait until next year to find out for sure. Source: Hawaii Blog
* 09/26 - Interestingly, Lost is back at the historic YWCA on Richards Street in downtown Honolulu. It was again an interior shoot, closed set. But, trailers indicated accommodations for "Jack" and "Hurley," and sure enough, I spotted the pair leaving the building just as I was leaving for work. The usual unrevealing 'parked trailers' photos can be found here. Hurley and Jack? Flash forward, maybe? Source: The Transmission
* 09/26 - Lost Spoilers offers us a summary of the spoilers revealed in the latest podcast: Patchey is confirmed dead but we may see more of him. Source: Lost Podcasts
* 09/20 - Lost executive producer Carlton Cuse confirms that [Cynthia Watros] will be playing Hurley's dearly departed sweetheart [Libby] again this season for multiple episodes, presumably in more of Desmond's flashbacks. "She'll be in enough of the show for us to fill in the missing pieces of her story," says Cuse. Source: The Ausiello Report
* 09/12 - According to documents on the online database used by the production company the character Jeff Fahey is playing is named Frank Lapidus. May be a fake name, but it is used consistently in the casting call sheets, shooting schedule, etc. Jeremy Davies to play character called Daniel Faraday. Source: Lost Spoilers
* 08/30 - An upcoming episode will feature a female translator in her 30s who works at a university and translates from French to English. Source: SpoilerFix.com
* 08/28 - Executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse tell EW.com that Jeff Fahey - a cult-pop fave most famous for The Lawnmower Man and most recently seen in Grindhouse - has been added to the show. [...] The producers wouldn't comment on the character that Fahey will be playing, but said he was the first and only choice for the role. Source: Entertainment Weekly
* 08/22 - We're hearing that creepmaster Jeremy Davies (Saving Private Ryan) is doing eight episodes of Lost this season, and one Rebecca Mader will have a major recurring role as well... Perhaps as the much-discussed Charlotte? Source: Kristin on E!Online
* 08/12 - Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof reveal: Who is on that frieghter and are they good or bad is a significant part of next years' show. [...] If Naomi was lying about working for Penny... who says there even is a boat? Source: The Official Lost Magazine, Issue #12
* 07/30 - Carlton Cuse revealed: We aren't changing any of the format of the show. We are just adding the flash forwards as an element. They have made a radio call to a freighter, and there are people on that freighter, and it might be logical to imagine that that storyline will continue... The situation is going to be very intense this year. Charlie wrote on his hand not Penny's boat , and the message he wrote on his hand was very important. It was really funny because the clip at Comic-Con showed Mr. Friendly saying, 'by the time you see this, I'm gonna be dead, but I am telling you it's a shame because whoever is going to come after the Others is going to be a hell of a lot worse than we ever were.' Damon and I were listening to him and sort of nodding our head going, 'That's pretty prophetic.' With Jin and Sun there is a very dynamic situation at work. She's pregnant... the fate of her child, the fate of their marriage, all those questions Damon and I will get to and more this season. Walt will be back. You will see more of Jacob. Source: Kristin on E!Online
* 07/27 - The Comic-Con Lost panel started off with a clip featuring Ben calling the Others a "rebel sect" and Tom (M.C. Gainey) saying "By the time you see this, I will be dead." Then, a voice-over in the clip revealed "The survival of the Island is now at stake. Carlton Cuse told that Rachel probably won't be on the Island. Cuse and Damon Lindelof warned fans to not get too attached to the character of Richard Alpert because actor nestor Carbonell is part of the regular cast of the new CBS show Cane. Cuse said that flashbacks and flashforwards will both be part of the upcoming season. Lindelof nodeed furiously when asked if Jack and Claire would find out they are related. He also confirmed that Ben and Henry Gale had words. The duo revealed that Harold Perrineau is indeed returning as Michael Dawson but they don't want to reveal how or when he returns; however, Damon Lindelof claimed that he would return ealy in the fourth season. Lindelof added that "[Michael] too some extreme actions" and that his story is about the power of the Island to be redemptive. Cuse confirmed that it is their "intention to get to Libby's story this year." They revealed that "there are important things going on in Danielle's story and they have to sync up." They will work on syncing those things this season or the next one. Lindelof confirmed that the whole deal with the moster will be answered. The Lost panel present a never-before-seen Dharma Film. It is hosted by Marvin Candle but the man presents himself as Dr. Edgar Halifax [Note: It sounds more like Haliwax]. The film is about bunnies but more specifically about Bunny #15. Candle indentifies this station as Station 6, The Orchid. Then, he goes on to say that the viewer has probably realized by now that he or she is not working at a mere botanical research unit. He apologizes for making him or her lie to friends and family members about the nature of the work. He mentions something that sounds like "Kasimir effect" and mentions the "unique properties of the Island." Then there's one of Jacob's subliminal messages. It may have been some variation on "as Jacob loves you." Then there's a bunny riot. One of the station's alarms blares, Dr. Halifax/Marvin panics. There's an intercut clip of someone riding a bicycle. The clip is inserted upside-down, and the rider appears to be in the village of Otherville... And then, amid the chaos (perhaps this is the Incident?), the filmstrip slides off the reel. * 06/06 - Damon Lindelof tells me, "Desmond will have to deal with the aftereffects and the guilt of [Charlie's death]. He will question whether or not Charlie would have made this sacrifice, had he not told him that was what he was going to do? He will question the role he played in Charlie's death." So, it sounds like big sexy Dezzie is haunted by Charlie's passing, as many of us fans are! Source: Kristin on E!Online
* 05/31 - "The four-toed statue is something we will get to next season," Cuse revealed. "Sometimes we're surprised by the things people get fixated on. We tried to answer a fair number of questions this year, but that's one we just didn't get to." Benry's barely visible boss man will also be back, he confirms. But neither one of us talk much together anyway, let alone talk about our parents." Source: Kristin on E!Online

* 02/12/2006 - Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof reveal: Given everything else we have to tell, [Libby’s story] is going to be a mystery that's going to have to get answered in year 4. There's really one significant missing piece to Libby's story. We saw in the season finale last year that she met with Desmond, she gave him his boat, and we know that her husband died — and then we know that subsequent to that, she spent some time in a mental institution, the same one as Hurley. The question the audience wants answered is, How did she get from A to B — from Desmond to the mental institution? We know the answer to that question, but the only way to tell that story is through another character's flashback, and that character would have to be another character on the show who is not among the beach dwellers. * 11/07/2006 - Other Tailies have survived but we don't know where they are. Future episodes will explain what happened to the doctors. Source: Lost Podcasts
* 07/22/2006 - Among the revelations to come: Viewers will learn why Libby was in the asylum, and why the island has healing powers. Source: Sci Fi Wire
* 05/14/2006 - Damon Lindelof [reveals]: Libby's got this mysterious backstory, of which we've only given you the tip of the iceberg. We know she's spent some time in the mental institution with Hurley, and the idea of killing her before she had an opportunity to explain how she got there... we have a master plan for how we're going to tell that story, but it's all posthumous. You'll start to learn Libby's moves through flashbacks over the course of the next season. So we're not done with Cynthia, but Libby is dead. Source: The Ausiello Report
* 05/03/2006 - Lindelof and Cuse: The growth of Malcolm David Kelly (Walt) will be addressed in the 3rd season. The story of the wrecked research vessel, it will be coming at some point but we can't guarantee it'll be in Season 3. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide [Note: Walt's growth was not addressed in season 3; however we will let the spoilers there as it shows they plan to do reveal it someday.]

Well i think that maybe they only used him to sit in the seat until they find an actor to play jacob.

Either way, if you remember when Richard met young ben he said he was special cause he saw and spoke to his dead mother.

It seems egveryone on the island can see and speak to dead people and that they are also special.

I think the 4 rescuers are dharma children from before the purge.
I think the ghost buster has been bought in for this. I think the girl has come because of the polar bear that was found in tunisia that was thousands of years old, she has studied dharma by the sounds of it and that is why she was excited to see tyhe collar.
I think the pilot is there to be a pilot and the freak is there for i dont know what.

The ghost buster is there to cominucate with Jacob.

The story is becoming Dharma vs Widmore for the island.

Time manipulation seems to be very big in this show.

They say that they have been on the island only 90 days. That is island time, maybe they have only been on the island for 1 week real time. Kind of like the lion the witch and the wardrobe. Remember that girl is called C.S.lewis and the first chapter of that prince book is called 'the island'.
