AggieDave 6 #2 January 15, 2009 At least that car looks like its in decent condition. The sheer number of late 80's Olds and Chevy 4-door cars and mid-90's Buicks that are worth about $400 rolling around with $3000 worth or rims baffles me. It baffles me as a car guy. I'm all about customizing your car for your style, even if I don't like that style I can appreciate that you appreciate it. However, there's more to that then slapping on a set of wheels. I've spent a significant amount of time restoring, rebuilding and making an old car exactly what I want it to be. Its more than just slapping on wheels.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

squirrel 0 #6 January 16, 2009 I am sooooo glad i never really was victim to the "please look at me" identity crisis in life. For a short time, 3 years, I had a toyota 4x4 with the lift, tires, and stereo. I did like the looks I got, but I actually used the truck for work and beat the crap out of it 4 wheelin. Now I drive a 20 year old jeep, no lift, no radio, no doors....and no worries. ________________________________ Where is Darwin when you need him?
