cocheese 0 #1 May 26, 2009 A lesson to all: I will not swoop near a plane (with it's propellers turning) ever again. I thought it was parked and about to shut down. Wrong. Stupid cocheese. After a high pull, the timing of my landing screwed up the flow of things. The parked plane loaded and pulled out doing a U turn just as i was swooping to the side of it. He had to hit the brakes. Pilot not at fault at all. There was no way for him to see me. Lesson to all: Land away from planes no matter what. Especially planes with engines running. Big sorry to Matt from Spaceland and his pretty Super Otter.

cocheese 0 #7 May 26, 2009 It takes more of a man (the pilot, DZO, and others) for keeping their cool and not losing it on me. I knew better and fucked up. Won't happen again. They'll give me shit for buying the wrong beer.

Well after that little swoop stunt you pulled I guess you have to spend some time at the “shit list” no matter what beer you buy “The sum of intelligence on the planet is a constant; the population is growing.” - George Bernard Shaw He who dies with the most toys, wins..... dudeist skydiver # 19515 Buy quality and cry once! Even if it was getting ready to shut down, you don't want any part of the propwash getting involved in your swoop. That said, I saw a similar thing happen just this weekend. Of course, the jumper in question was 4 years old when you started jumping, and not that bright, but it happened.
