warpedskydiver 0 #4 October 3, 2009 Pot roast seasoned with sea salt black pepper and garlic. Add no water, cook until browned and falling apart. Then make garlic cream cheese mashed potatoes. The only difference is add 1 pack cream cheese, garlic, black pepper and fresh flat leaf parsley or chives. Add a little milk if they are too thick. Use the juice of the pot roast like gravy.
