jtval 0 #1 January 8, 2010 So the whole evolution of "I'm a PC." HAd annoyed me becasue every other product used that slogan. (maybe it's just a local thing) But I find it funny that Microsoft doesnt want to admit they had anything to do with the new OS. I guess they're preparing for the blame game when this one doesnt work either. "I'm a PC and windows 7 was MY idea."My photos My Videos

jtval 0 #3 January 11, 2010 Yep! Now, they can blame the customer for the failure of the new OS. Gates: What D'ya mean the system shuts down? That was YOUR idea.My photos My Videos
PhreeZone 15 #4 January 11, 2010 Have you had any issues yet in Windows 7? Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
jtval 0 #5 January 11, 2010 Don't have it. Vista made me an Apple user. (mid you that I am still limping along on my vista Computer but as soon as I need/get the cash for a new computer it will be a MAC) Asta La Vista is the full name of the OS. Now, I know why.My photos My Videos
PhreeZone 15 #6 January 11, 2010 Sooooo... your complaining about something that you've never even tried let alone use on a daily basis? Windows 7 really is what Vista should have been. Its slimmer, faster, more user friendly and tons more stable then Vista was. jtval 0 #7 January 11, 2010 No, I'm not complaining about something I never used. I am saying that I am smarter than to be fooled again. My photos My Videos

DSE 3 #9 January 14, 2010 No doubt. Vista sucks. Win7 doesn't. It's "different." But... if you think Apple is gonna speed up your video editing... it'll slow it down. Significantly. Especially if you're coming from Premiere or Vegas. Mac is sexier, some things easier, several things harder. Everything copies, so be prepared to run out of disc space fast when editing photos or videos. I wish a PC company could build a laptop as solid as a Mac. At the end of the day, they're all just tools. If the Mac is the right tool for your job....great. It's not for me, which is why I'm still about 60% PC and 40% Mac. jtval 0 #10 January 15, 2010 Im lucky enough to be able to see a mac at work. And though I dont use it much I can learn it while I am limping along on vista. It took me a while to get the video link. It wasn't until the first chord was strummed that I realized the name of the song. At first I thought you posted a tutorial again.Hopefully, 7 is "all its cracked up to be." But, I dont plan on buying another computer for a while. Hopefully, I'll know both systems by then. My photos My Videos
