How's this for job validation

Recommended Posts

one of the new girls in our program, is a bit flirty, and is/was leading 3 boys on at one time. This was causing some friction between the boys and disturbing the general mood of the program as a group.

Another of our girls, took it upon herself to wait until after school and she explained that the new girl was screwing up the classroom karma and to stop doing things that disrupt the way we work.
Unfortunately she decided to explain this by beating the snot out of the newer girl.

Now I do not condone her behaviour in any way shape or form, but it is kinda cool to know that the work you do is valued.
Also the girl who did the physical explaining has been suspended for a week.
We have a NO violence policy in our program.

Sorry about the cat fight

Doesn't sound like a cat fight to me, sounds like a beat-down.

Sounds more like territorial pissing.

"Stop flirting with the guy I like"
"Don't come to Texas and dance with our women"

Boys and girls compete for sex in exactly the same way.
Trapped on the surface of a sphere. XKCD

Nope the Girl does not like the boys the the other girl was leading on. She's just been with our program longer and likes the way we work. Other than her anger obvious management issues we have made some good progress with her:)
