Niki1 1 #5 October 7, 2010 My guess is that some one who has passed BUD/S would find this fairly routine. They might do it for a good reason but, in my experience, their egos don't need to "show off" like this. For me, going this distance without the obstacles would kill me. Dead. There is definately a winner at the end due to time. i guess that you can finish at your own pace if want to - they probably only care about the entry fee. BeattheDrums 0 #16 October 7, 2010 I did the one in Dallas in May. It was alot of fun. Slow and steady. Actually we did it with steins of beer just to see how much we'd have left at the end of the run. I'm really looking forward to the on in Conroe as its Waaaay closer to me than the one in Dallas or Austin. Every one was friendly. There was good tunes. Lots of beer. Turkey legs. And lots of hot girls being hosed off at the end! I'd recommend it if yall are interested.
