Moving to Houston

Recommended Posts

There are a lot of decent areas to live. First we need to know where in town you will be working. Drive time is a definite consideration in choice of living location!
As long as you are happy with yourself ... who cares what the rest of the world thinks?

There is a very good chance that I will move to Houston. If that is the case, where is a good place to live for a family? Any tip or advice?

I hear spaceland has rooms for rent.:P

Beachbum is right; where you're working should have an impact on where you live. There are good places for families in nearly every direction.

Check the school districts, too. They are not all the same. The Houston Chronicle should be able to give you some data; feel free to PM. No, I'm not a realtor
